The protocol regarding the scholarship quota for the 2025–2026 academic year between Sarbak Foundation and ITU Foundation was approved on 15 September 2025 with the participation of Mrs. Meliha Haligur, one of the founders of Sarbak Foundation, Mrs. Arzu Kantay, the President of Sarbak Foundation, Mr. Serdar Bilgi, the General Secretary of ITU Foundation, and his Assistant Mrs. Cansu Alp, as well as the members of the Board of Directors of Sarbak Foundation, Mr. İbrahim Haligür, Mr. Tuğhan Özçamsırtı, and Mrs. Özlem Şencan.
