Our Dear Customers, REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals – Including Metals) had entered into force as of June 1, 2007. Although REACH Regulation seems like concerning only the chemistry sector at first glance, it is also closely related to metal production sector. In order to fulfill its obligations within the frame of REACH Regulation, SARBAK METAL had concluded an agreement with Exclusive Representation company RGS. Within the frame of our agreement, RGS Exclusive Representation Company had completed our “Pre-Registration” process, which is the first stage that should be completed in compliance with the Regulation. We declare that we are aware of our responsibilities after “Pre-Registration” within the frame of REACH Regulation, that the requirements shall be followed up during the continuing process and that we shall fulfill our obligations. During this process, it is required that our customers should send the quantities of brass (*) , which you had purchased from SARBAK METAL and produced products and exported to European Union countries with or without processing, by using the communication data given below.
